Shipping Policy

By placing an order with benimomsmarket, you are accepting our Shipping Policy.

If you do not accept or you have questions please contact us at benimomsmarket@gmail.com immediately, so we may assist you in answering any questions or concerns.

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery is estimated within 5-10 business days for US orders, but cannot be guaranteed. Tracking numbers will be sent via email once shipped. 

For a limited time, enjoy free standard shipping on all US orders $99+ (Excluding Alaska and Hawaii). US territories and APO/FPO addresses does not qualify for free shipping. 

*Oversize & Heavy items do not qualify for free shipping. Shipping fees for these items will be calculated at checkout. 

Shipping Address Policy
BeniMomsMarket is not responsible for items that could not be shipped to their destination because of an incorrect or undeliverable address.
It is the responsibility of the customer to review their shipping address and information for accuracy before completing the purchase. Refunds or exchanges will not be issued on the basis of an incorrect address. If a package is shipped back to Beni Moms Market due to an incorrect/undeliverable address, shipping charges will not be refunded.
In the event that Beni Moms Market is unable to create a shipping label for the address provided by the customer, we will attempt to contact you for an address correction via e-mail. If no response is received within 24 hours, the entire order will be cancelled and you will be refunded in full.

Stolen / Missing Package Policy
Beni Moms Market promises to ship your order and inform you of a way to track your delivery in a timely manner. However, Beni Moms Market will not be held responsible in the event where your package is believed to be stolen or goes missing after the carrier marks it as delivered.
If you believe your package has been stolen or misplaced, it is up to the customer to file the appropriate claims with USPS/FedEx or UPS and file a police report if necessary. Beni Moms Market will not issue refunds or replacements once the package is marked as delivered by the courier.

Damages
Beni Moms Market is not liable for any products damaged during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.


Backordered Items
Backordered items are not currently in stock but will be soon. If you see a product page with a backordered label, it will specify an availability date. The item will ship as soon as it restocks. When part of your order is backordered the entire order will not be fulfilled until the items are back in stock. 

SHIPPING TO FPO/APO ADDRESSES
Orders being shipped to FPO/APO addresses will be charged domestic USPS shipping rates. Please note that depending on your location orders may take up to 30 business days to arrive.
Beni Moms Market is not responsible for items that could not be shipped to their destination because of a wrong FPO/APO address format or if the contents inside are prohibited at your shipping location.
It is the responsibility of the customer to review their shipping address and information for accuracy before completing the purchase. Refunds or exchanges will not be issued on the basis of an incorrect address.
For most APO/FPO addresses, an International Customs/Duties form is required. Please read our policy on customs and duties charges below as it also applies to APO/FPO addresses.
