Return Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from the benimomsmarket.com so we have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

To start a return, please contact us at benimomsmarket@gmail.com or contact us page. Please Tell us your name, the order number, which items, how many you are returning, and the reason for the return. We will reply to the email with instructions on how to send the items back to us. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Shipping costs may be refunded on faulty items only if the entire order is being returned. You must provide a proof of the damage/condition by sending us pictures of the damaged/defective item and shipping box that had the damaged item in it. We also ask that you keep the damaged item temporarily. 


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we do not accept the following returns:

  • Any products returned more than 7 days from the delivery date
  • Any products that have already been used and are not in its original brand-new condition.
  • Special sale products that state ‘return not accepted’ on the description page.
  • Any products that are damaged, dirty or defective as a result of the buyer.
  • Gift cards

Also, certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your returned items and let you know if the refund is approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. Refund will be only applicable for products. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Thus, you will have to bear all the costs for shipping, both initial delivery and return, so they will be deducted from your refund. Additionally, we cannot refund any customary taxes, duties or other charges which may have incurred beyond our control. 

It is your responsibility to pack the products in their original packaging without missing any items. We will not take any damaged goods whether if the fault of such incident is caused by the shipping carrier or by improperly packaged items.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

We always do our best to lower the price of our products in consultation with our suppliers, and we would like to say that we are offering the best price.
Please note that prices cannot be matched against Amazon or other large retailers, and prices cannot be matched for products that have already been ordered. Please make a prudent purchase decision by comparing it with other reliable websites.
